1) Be uninhibitedly and unapologetically creative.Kids' imagination are boundless. They take everything they know and them some to create absolute magic ✨ Allow yourself and your team to explore unconventional ideas without judgment the way children’s imaginations run wild without limitations.
2) Collaborate with diverse players. At the garden, my son played with and became fast friends with my friends’ nephews. They had never met, and the two other boys were both older than him. One was eleven, the other six, and my son is almost four. Nothing stopped these kids from having fun together. The eldest looked out for the younger ones. They helped each other. They played off one another’s ideas, expanding one idea into another, and adapted and pivoted with ease. We can't be good at everything, nor do we have the time to do everything. So we need a team that complements our strengths and weaknesses. 3) Maintain curiosity. Curiosity is a core value here at Red Balloon Station. It leads to innovation and new perspectives. On top of that, when you ask questions and keep learning, you’re able to better understand your audience and your business. And with deeper understanding you can better serve your audience. 4) Celebrate the journey. For kids, it’s not the outcome of the play and exploration that matters, but the journey that they cherish. For your customers, the journey is just as important as the outcome of your product or service and it’s what keeps them coming back to you. So get in touch with your inner child’s imagination and let it lead you to boundless creative growth in this Year of the Dragon. And if you need help tapping into your storytelling superpowers...contact me to learn more about my special Year of the Dragon offer and how we can breathe fire into your marketing and transform your business.
