HAVE QUESTIONS? HERE ARE SOME COMMON ONES.

What is your process?
Before signing a new client, I'll set a call with you so we can see if we're a good fit for one another and learn about your expectations and goals and parameter of the project(s).

Once we decide to work together, I'll typically kick-off each new client or project with an initial Creative Call. This is when I will gather all the information I need to get started on the project. And we'll make sure we've got a solid strategy in place.

Then, in an agreed upon timeline, I will turn around a first draft, followed by two revisions and a polish as needed. There typically is not a need for more than two revisions, but if ever there are, we can work that out. Ultimately, I want you to be happy and satisfied with the work I provide.
Do you offer payment plans?
I usually charge half up front and half at the finish line.

​And if you decide to have me write your launch assets afterwards, I’ll credit what you’ve already paid toward that next stage.
Do you provide ongoing messaging and copy support?
Yes! Nurturing your audience like you do with family and friends is key to growing a steadfast community, keep clients coming back to you, and and making sure your message continues to reflect your brilliance.

Do I really need a copywriter?
First, every business needs a copywriter! That's just a fact.

But can you do it yourself? In brief, yes.  Yes, you can write your own copy. You can follow my social media, sign-up for my email list, and follow other copywriters to get all the useful tips you may need to write effective copy. Sometimes, when you're a new or small business and don't have the budget for a copywriter, this is what you'll need to do.

That being said, if you're a business owner, there are a lot of things you need to be focused on and doing to actually run your business. Good copywriting that engages and converts takes time. It takes research, planning, strategizing, and then actually writing and revising.

Good copywriters aren't "just" writers. We're also marketers, wannabe psychologists, researchers, forever students, and analysts. We stay on top of the latest trends and are constantly improving our skills.

Good copywriters will help you define and clarify your brand voice, and help actualize your values, mission, and strategy.

So, technically speaking, yes. You could write your own copy. But if you're going to invest in certain experts, one of the most valuable investments is investing in a strong copywriter who gets you and gets your goals, because copy is everywhere!
Why is storytelling so important?
Storytelling is how we connect as humans--through storytelling.

People remember stories. Think of the stories your grandparents told you. Or your favorite TV shows and movies growing up. It's how history, culture, and values are passed down.


And when you connect with your customers by making them feel seen and heard through a clear purpose and shared values, you build a trusting relationship with them.


So, as a brand, you need to be able to tell your story, your customer's story, and your product's story in engaging, resourceful, and invaluable ways that make your customers/clients feel seen and heard.


And you need to do that in a personal way that is authentic and genuine so that your audience want to join you, be part of your mission, and stick with you to see you achieve your goals.
