What is your process?
Before signing a new client, I'll set a call with you so we can see if we're a good fit for one another and learn about your expectations and goals and parameter of the project(s).
Once we decide to work together, I'll typically kick-off each new client or project with an initial Creative Call. This is when I will gather all the information I need to get started on the project.
Then, in an agreed upon timeline, I will turn around a first draft, followed by two revisions and a polish as needed. There typically is not a need for more than two revisions, but if ever there are, we can work that out. Ultimately, I want you to be happy and satisfied with the work I provide.

What are your rates?
My rates depend on each project as every client's needs and project scope varies. What goes into my rate calculations:
- Research - this may include researching your industry, competitors, audience, and specific topics
- Planning and strategizing
- Time spent on communication, such as the initial Creative Call
- The actual writing
- Revisions and polishes
- Estimated amount of time to be spent on all of the above
- Value of the project to your business
Do you charge an hourLY rate?
Typically, I do not. I prefer to charge by project, because that way I am able to accurately charge for the value of my work.
However, if you are looking for regular and ongoing work, I am happy to set up a monthly retainer. My rate for monthly retainers depends on the scope of the work and time commitment.

Do I really need a copywriter?
First, every business needs a copywriter! That's just a fact.
But can you do it yourself? In brief, yes. Yes, you can write your own copy. You can follow my social media, sign-up for my email list, and follow other copywriters to get all the useful tips you may need to write effective copy. Sometimes, when you're a new or small business and don't have the budget for a copywriter, this is what you'll need to do.
That being said, if you're a business owner, there are a lot of things you need to be focused on and doing to actually run your business. Good copywriting that engages and converts takes time. It takes research, planning, strategizing, and then actually writing and revising.
Good copywriters aren't "just" writers. We're also marketers, wannabe psychologists, researchers, forever students, and analysts. We stay on top of the latest trends and are constantly improving our skills.
