UI stands for User Interface. UI copywriting refers to all the text and words that you see on a website.
That means, the buttons, labels, error messages, tooltips, and any other text elements that guide visitors through the interface. In our case of trying to book the spa day, the spa could've improved its error messages or included simple responses, such as when a particular service is booked up. They had other technical issues, too, but the most basic problem they had was an unclear journey navigating their website. So when advising clients, I always remind them to think about the customer's journey. Often we think of how things ideally play out, but what happens when things don't ideally play out?
