Client: Unicorn Clean is a family-owned business that makes a powerful yet gentle and earth-friendly detergent. They have customers that are fibre mills and a growing customer-base amongst cloth diaper families.
Challenge: Unicorn often receives questions about the differences between their two lines of product, and their their three different products. They also have two main audiences that have different reasons for using Unicorn, so it was important to help clear up common confusions and help guide customers to the right products for them.
Solution: I created an easy to follow product breakdown to help their customers understand the differences, and figure out which products and lines are best for them, using easy to understand and concise language.
