Mompreneur Coaching Email Funnel
Client: Dr. Klarissa Mae is a mompreneur, transitional life coach, and owner of K Mae Jewelry. Klarissa has a background and decade's worth of experience as a psychotherapist. When she became a mom, she decided to leave the field and start her own business. Working through her own transition led her to realize how she could help other mompreneurs in the same position she was in doing what she loved about therapy while being able to take it further and provide the support moms really need through some of the biggest transitions of their lives.
Challenge: Klarissa has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share, and was in need of building her client-base. Coaching was essentially her second new business so it was important to communicate who she is, what she can offer, and why mompreneurs need Dr. Klarissa. With so much information to convey, we needed to keep the tone positive and message engaging, while encouraging potential clients to sign up for 1:1 coaching.
Solution: After listening to Klarissa's story and identifying the key benefits she offers and what sets her apart, I crafted a Welcome Email to new subscribers, plus a 7-email funnel that includes a special offer. Through this funnel, I crafted messaging that helps clients get to know Klarissa more, what she offers in her course and coaching, and ensure that each email was useful to the reader. It was also important to ensure customers feel seen, so I used personal language and storytelling to create empathy with the reader.
